PVCu Windows,
Doors and Conservatories
Portico GB Ltd supply and install PVCu windows and
associated products to the new build industry or a supply only
service is also available.
We are proud of our relationship with our profile suppliers and
our manufacturing partner as between us we are able to offer the
industry the best energy ratings with more products certified
Secure By Design than any other installer we know of.
From standard white PVCu frames through to large screens, Tilt
before Turn, Fully Reversible and all available in various foil
colours.
As we provide a full service we have no biased opinion of
Aluminium over PVCu and we have on many occasions help value
engineer projects resulting in massive savings.
Recently an Aluminium window contract we tendered for was
totalling £720k for us to supply and fit Grey powder coated
Aluminium, we provided a Grey matching colour foiled PVCu window
sample which was presented to the planners, which passed and
with us mixing these windows with Aluminium curtain walling the
total is now £420k and far better ‘U’ values as a bonus. These
are real figures on a real contract.
VALUE ENGINEERING!! Why in bold and capital
letters? Well we truly believe we can assist you and your
designers/architects to get the best window that meets CDM
regulations... meets Planning regulations... and meets your
budget! It’s all part of our 3C policy... Communication
Courtesy and Commonsense...
